Meet Dr. Meghan

Dr. Danielle Herbert, Veterinarian

Dr. Danielle Herbert is a talented veterinarian who was born and raised in Barbados. A 2024 graduate from the Ontario Veterinary College, Dr. Herbert is particularly passionate about small animal surgery and preventative care.

As a self-proclaimed “dog person”, she’s got a 4-year-old Springer Spaniel who’s her hiking buddy and partner-in-crime. They’re even getting into scent detection classes together! But don’t let her love for pups fool you; she thinks cats are pretty awesome too.

When she’s not working or adventuring, Dr. Herbert is often found curled up with a good book, getting her hands dirty in the garden, or catching up on Bones. And if you’ve got a sweet tooth, you’ll understand why she’s a big fan of tiramisu and lemon loaf!
